Do you accept returns?

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is ready for immediate shipment.

How long do pre-orders take?

All pre-orders require up to 21 business days of processing time before shipment. This allows us to carefully prepare, source, and package your items to ensure the highest quality.

When will my order ship?

Once your pre-order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible as processing may have already begun.

Can I order in-stock items with pre-order items?

Yes. Please note that your order may ship once all items, including pre-order items, are ready. For faster delivery of in-stock items, place separate orders.
